These soft flannel receiving blankets are one layer of fabric, approximately 35" x 35" with some a little larger and some a little smaller depending on the fabric I have to work with. They will definitely wrap up your baby to snuggle. Fabric is prewashed so should not shrink further.

This Pink & Black Plaid fabric is a more blanket weight fabric and not so much a flannel. Still OK for a heavier weight receiving blanket. It almost has a wooly feel so would be a very warm blanket.
Limited Fabric means I have a little of the fabric and I can't make multiple items, such as a matching set.
