When my oldest Grandson was little he was prone to a LOT ofspitting up. My daughter resorted to using receiving blankets and they workedvery well. So mine are 2 layers of flannel sewn together for lots of absorbency(very critical for spitters!) and are about 12" x 20" dependingon the fabric available. The flannel is pre-washed to prevent most shrinkage.

Every baby needs burp cloths!
You had such a wonderful selection of fun prints that it was so hard to pick. I was delighted with the ones I chose for my niece. Your handiwork is flawless, and will hold up to countless washings. She especially liked the aqua polar bears.
