These are one layer of polar fleece and have a strap withVelcro (adjustable) around the wrist. About 3" from tip of mitten to wriststrap & 2 1/2" across finger area. These are not insulated. Ihave one size - they should fit a baby needing mittens up to when they are ableto wear a "thumbed" mitten. Add a string to feed through baby'sjacket to keep them from getting lost. NOTE: Since these are very small mittens, I onlymake them in the solid colors and camo print.
